This is an exciting and dynamic role where you'll be supporting the Service Manager and our fantastic team of engineers. You'll be involved in scheduling both planned and reactive visits, handling invoicing, managing everyday administrative tasks for the engineering team, and so much more! We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a friendly, proactive attitude who is ready to see tasks through to the finish.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but is not essential.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality service.
* A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members and customers alike.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-first approach to service delivery.
