Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with learning disabilities and/or autism?\nWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Project Worker to join our dedicated residential team supporting young people with additional needs.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\n * \n\n Providing consistent, structured care and support in line with individual support plans.\n\n * \n\n Working waking night shifts, including weekends, to ensure 24-hour support for young people.\n\n * \n\n Building strong, professional relationships based on empathy, acceptance and understanding.\n\n * \n\n Supporting young people with learning disabilities and/or autism, including those who may present behaviours that challenge.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * \n\n Experience working directly with children and young people – particularly those with additional needs – is highly desirable.\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide structure, reliability, and consistency.\n\n * \n\n A compassionate, resilient attitude and a commitment to building meaningful connections with young people.\n\n * \n\n A relevant qualification at SCQF Level 7 (e.g. SVQ3 in Children and Young People) and HNC in Social Services, or the willingness to work towards these (funding support may be available).\n\n * \n\n SSSC registration or eligibility to register as part of employment
