We have an opportunity for a developing HGV Load Planner to join the UK and International planning team.
Previous HGV Transport Administration experience is essential.
This is a full-time, permanent role, 40 hours per week, working between 10am to 7pm.
You will be involved with the day to day depot operations of a busy transport office, assisting the Transport Planners, with electronic POD monitoring, Route Adherence, dealing with customer enquiries, driver queries and general administrative duties.
Other key skills required are:
1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels, in a professional and polite manner
2. Ability to prioritise workload in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
3. High level of attention to detail
4. Checking invoices and sorting PODs
5. Answering phone calls
6. IT literate
7. A 'Think Customer' attitude
