Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (Disabilities)
Salary: £49,200 per annum
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Hours: 35 hours per week
About the Role
A leading care provider is launching a new children's residential service designed to offer exceptional care and support for children and young people with disabilities. This small, welcoming home will provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can flourish.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead the service. If you have a background in children's residential care and are dedicated to making a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strong leadership and management to ensure high-quality care in line with regulatory standards.
2. Develop and maintain a safe, caring, and positive environment for children with disabilities.
3. Lead and supervise staff effectively, promoting a supportive and collaborative culture.
4. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain excellent service standards.
Requirements
1. Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children's residential setting.
2. Level 5 Leadership and Management Qualification or equivalent.
3. Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practices in children's residential care.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and IT skills.
