You will collaborate with talented colleagues from Operations, Quality, and Digital teams to manage a diverse financial portfolio that includes supported living, registered residential services, and offices. Key Responsibilities: The design and implementation of projects and initiatives relating to financial reporting, financial awareness, financial controls and financial performance management, procurement, policies and procedures. Using a business partnering approach, support Directors, Heads of Departments, Heads of Service, Registered Managers and Line Managers, across the Trust, providing operational advice and guidance in areas such as: budget management, financial trend analysis, management information and digital transformation. Supporting the implementation of systems, including finance software, roster management and developing and rolling out digital self-service solutions. Provide leadership within the Finance Team and day-to-day operational leadership within your specified areas of responsibility. Qualifications and experience: ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or currently actively working towards completion. Evidence of commitment to continuous personal and professional development. Experience of working as a Finance Business Partner is desirable but not essential, you must however be able to evidence significant knowledge and experience of financial accounting and management accounting. Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is essential. Our head office is located in Pickering with a number of regional office bases across Yorkshire (Thirsk, York, Scarborough and Boothferry). The role will involve regular travel and attracts a car allowance to reflect this.
