About the Role
To provide flexible, innovative and effective data administrative support for the delivery of customer focused Asset Management planned maintenance programmes. Maintain systems for monitoring and recording Asset Management Data ensuring they are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and persistence.
2. Highly organized with a structured approach to tasks and the ability to prioritize effectively.
3. Customer-focused, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
4. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
5. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
6. Proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
