About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanner to join our clients dynamic team in Manchester. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial planners/advisors by preparing and maintaining client files, conducting research, and producing detailed financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client File Preparation: Compile and maintain comprehensive client files, including all necessary documentation and information.
2. Financial Research: Conduct in-depth research on financial products, services, and strategies to support the advisory team.
3. Report Production: Create detailed and accurate financial reports and plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
4. Client Communication: Liaise with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met.
5. Support Advisors: Assist financial planners/advisors with the preparation of client presentations and recommendations.
6. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a paraplanning role or similar position within the financial services industry.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
