Hours: Mon-Fri

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the management of all the beef and lamb sales activities both domestic and international sales of carcass and boxed products.
* Responsible for customer retention, service delivery to end customers while overseeing and supporting the onsite sales team to ensure product is kept moving and sales returns are maximised.
* Seeks out new business opportunities to maximise volume capacity while maintaining strong daily financial acumen such as debtor control, buy/sell margins, commercial production plans to make sure sales targets are met without compromising quality or control of costs.
* This is a senior role and you will contribute to the overall direction of the site and its activities with direct responsibility for the profitability of the site.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous beef and lamb sales experience
* Strong leadership and teamwork
* Stakeholder management - Liaise with operations and technical departments on a daily basis to ensure that all aspects of the customer accounts are fully serviced.
* Analytical skills - Understand market trends and use this to predict next weeks' performance and opportunities, evaluate the best outcome to maximise site performance.
