An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to join our dynamic Human Resources & Organisational Development team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting managers and employees across the Trust, ensuring compliance with employment policies and best practices.
About the Role
As an ER Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing expert guidance on employee relations matters. Working closely with Senior ER Advisors and the HR Business Partnering team, you will deliver a high-quality, responsive HR service across the organisation.
The successful candidate will take ownership of sickness absence management, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and compassionately from start to finish, including attendance at sickness review meetings and termination hearings where necessary. Additionally, you will provide advice on flexible working requests, professional registration and visa renewals, probation periods, and fixed-term contract management.
