About the Role
We are partnered with a market-leading main contractor who is seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead the Civil, Structural, and Architectural aspects of a large-scale hyperscale construction project in Germany. This is a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical infrastructure in a rapidly growing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee the civil, structural, and architectural workstreams from design to completion.
✅ Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
✅ Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and data center specifications.
✅ Collaborate with MEP, security, and commissioning teams to ensure full integration of systems.
✅ Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
✅ Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain the highest construction standards.
✅ Resolve design clashes, technical challenges, and construction constraints efficiently.
✅ Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives where applicable.
✅ Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
A degree in engineering or construction management is desirable
10+ years of experience working at a main contractor/tier 1 in project management, ideally within the data centre, pharmaceutical, logistics, or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of civil works, steel structures, facades, and concrete construction or roofing and façade work
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM/Revit, AutoCAD).
Ability to work on-site in Germany with possible travel to other European locations.
Fluent English is required; German language skills are highly beneficial.
