Overview
A respected Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Residential Solicitor/Conveyancer to join their busy Bristol office on a part-time basis, working Monday to Wednesday. This full-service, medium-sized firm is known locally for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services to individuals and businesses. The Role
You will handle a shared caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages, with support from a Paralegal and Legal Secretary. You will also engage in networking and marketing activities, leveraging established connections with local estate agents.
Key duties include client interviews, maintaining file checklists, drafting and reviewing documents, ensuring compliance, conducting contract exchanges, completing matters on schedule, and advising clients on progress and costs. You’ll also handle billing, manage client accounts, and participate in marketing efforts.
Who
You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with prior experience, ideally in the Bristol property market. You should be IT literate, client-focused, and enthusiastic about marketing and business development, including social media and networking.
