Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Certification as a qualified teacher in the UK. Professional Experience Teaching Experience: Previous experience teaching at the primary level, preferably with a focus on Key Stage 1 (Year 2). Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for England, particularly for Key Stage 1. Skills and Abilities Classroom Management: Effective strategies for managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment. Lesson Planning: Ability to design engaging and differentiated lesson plans that cater to a variety of learning needs and styles. Assessment: Competence in assessing student progress and using data to inform instruction. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
