An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Cleaning Team Leader working at an Shopping Centre in Edmonton Green, N9 area.
Hours: We have x 3 positions available: On average 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 05:00am - 14:00pm, On average 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 19:00pm & On average 16 hours per week. Saturday to Sunday, 05:00am - 14:00pm.
Pay rate: £13.60 per hour.
Own transport required.
Please note due to the nature of the site an Enhanced DBS check with child barring will be carried out on the successful applicant.

Responsibilities:
Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added:
* The cleaning Team Leader will be responsible for delivery of best-in-class training and standards of all cleaning on site with a hands-on approach when required to ensure the Edmonton Green Client receive the desired service outlined in the KPIs by following the specifications.
* Support contract manager to ensure all sub-contracted services are completed to the highest standards as per the client schedule and completing all relevant documentation.
* Trained to cover certain reasonable Site Manager duties when manager is on leave to ensure site remains compliant and client engagement maintained. Previous experience to demonstrate this required.
* Achieving high standards, you will ensure the service is operated safely, hygienically and cost effectively.
* Support Contract Manager in scheduling of team members and finding relevant cover during approved absences and holidays ensuring 100% contract manning level fulfilment including any 3 rd party performance management.
* Pro-actively managing the individual risks on site, demonstrating understanding RAMS and COSHH required.
* Undertake other environmental and housekeeping duties as requested including client requested works.
* Ensure colour coding systems are always followed by operatives. Support Site Manager in Reordering consumables and conducting periodic stock takes.
* Support Contract Manager conducting monthly quality audits on site, experience of auditing systems preferable.
