Our badminton community of clubs, coaches and volunteers is fundamental to the growth of the game. We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to help us grow grassroots badminton by supporting our community to be more inclusive and welcoming.
You will, by understanding the needs of our community and players, develop the tools, resources and support to grow the game. You will adapt and develop our programmes so they support the needs of the badminton community and enable the delivery of high quality experiences for all players, driven and supported by simple and clear customer journeys.
