An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager, to manage a small, semi - independent living service for young people aged 16 - 18 years in Keighley. This service meets the needs of 2 young people both on a social and emotional level. If you are an experienced Manager of a children / young people's service, this could be the ideal role for you As a Registered Manager, you will be leading a staff team who specialise in providing nurture and care to young people. Registered Manager Role You will work really hard to create an environment that exceeds the needs of the young people – enabling them to express their characters, feel safe and enrich their lives. As a Registered Manager, you will advocate pro-actively for each young person’s needs, rights and views and ensure that these are met. You will also make certain that each young person’s individuality, difference and diversity are always appreciated and that our young people are provided with equal opportunities and are not discriminated against. Encourage each young person to be involved in all aspects of their care. This will involve skill development, problem solving and assessment of risk, while being mindful of their individual capabilities. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards. Build strong partnerships with local authorities, professionals, and stakeholders. Promote the company and its services to drive growth and recognition. Recruit and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
