The ideal candidate will be:
* Degree educated (course irrelevant, more about maturity/structure)
* 12 months in a customer-facing / customer-support role
* Comfortable around MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

You will be expected to be a client point of contact for technical issues (taking an average of 15 calls a day and a similar amount of emails) that will need resolution by interacting with the internal team and keeping the customer happy.
The role is office-based, but it is a great office in a great location, too.
