Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Co-ordinator: Own and manage their LinkedIn and social media presence, creating engaging content to drive visibility Design and execute social media campaigns, marketing materials (brochures, flyers, videos, etc.), and email marketing strategies Contribute to the development and upkeep of the company website, in partnership with external specialists Create monthly newsletters and manage Google Business Profile to maintain a strong online presence Support the marketing roadmap and strategy, with input on creative ideas and initiatives Liaise with third-party vendors (e.g., designers, photographers, videographers) to ensure top-quality content Keep CRM and marketing systems updated with accurate data and automated messaging Attend networking events to promote our client and establish connections with key stakeholders Collaborate with the Director to refine and implement sales strategies and prospect journeys Develop relationships with industry groups to generate leads Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, booking meetings for relevant department/ team members Experience required: A natural communicator with fantastic interpersonal skills Confident, self motivated and always ready to take the initiative Experienced in both marketing (B2B), with 1-2 years in a similar role Creative and capable of producing content that captivates and converts Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs, social media tools and email marketing platforms (bonus points for video editing) Organised and detail oriented, with a proactive attitude to managing tasks and projects Comfortable with client facing communication via phone, email and Zoom/Teams calls What’s on offer: Competitive salary (£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience) Performance company based bonus scheme 25 days of annual leave one additional day at Christmas Company pension plan On-site parking Huge opportunities for professional growth If you’re ready to make an impact, join a dynamic team, and take your career to new heights, we want to hear from you Our Guarantee Thank you for your initial expression of interest in our available vacancy.
