Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Leadership : Manage the delivery of ServiceNow engagements, including project management, financial oversight, client communications, and operational controls. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to assess current processes, define ServiceNow requirements, and document Statements of Work (SOWs). Workshops & Planning : Lead planning workshops to define project goals, priorities, roles, milestones, risk management, and release strategies. Agile Delivery : Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage sprints, story backlogs, and task ownership, leveraging tools like ServiceNow PPM. Project Coordination : Schedule and facilitate meetings for project kickoffs, assessments, design reviews, testing, training, and operational support. Risk & Issue Management : Monitor project constraints (scope, schedule, budget) and address risks, issues, and changes (RIDAC) to ensure success. Delivery Oversight : Supervise professional services staff to ensure timely and high-quality implementation. Client Relationships : Act as the single point of contact for ServiceNow projects, fostering strong relationships with client leadership, partners, and stakeholders. Essential Skills and Experience: Project Management Expertise : 5 years of experience managing complex IT system implementations, including financials, resources, and communications. ServiceNow Knowledge : At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a deep understanding of its applications and modules. Workshop Facilitation : Proven ability to lead workshops to align project goals, define user stories, and prioritize tasks. Stakeholder Engagement : Strong relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and teams at all levels, including senior leadership. Analytical Skills : Adept at identifying and solving project issues with a methodical and solution-focused approach. Technical Acumen : Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integration frameworks, and implementation best practices. Certifications : Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA). Agile certification, such as Certified Scrum Master, preferred. Soft Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and professionally.
