Join to apply for the Senior Occupational Therapist role at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, forward-thinking Occupational Therapist to work as a key member of the inpatient therapy team at Newark Hospital.
This is an exciting 9 months fixed term/secondment opportunity, covering existing post holders maternity leave.
Working alongside specialist dedicated clinicians to provide high quality care for inpatients with a diverse profile of need and conditions, through seamless multidisciplinary/multiagency working.
This would be a great opportunity for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to gain experience in a senior role.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a passion for person-centered care and rehabilitation with sound clinical experience and a high level of skill in order to effectively assess, treat and facilitate discharge of patients with often complex needs.
You will need to be enthusiastic, highly motivated and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary working team.
