As Sales Support Administrator, you'll be a part of a dynamic sales team and will provide support to the Business Development Managers to ensure customer relationships are developed and customer expectations are exceeded. You'll provide day-to-day support to the sales team by assisting with customer-related administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
As Sales Support Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
1. Providing ongoing support to the Business Development Managers
2. Monitoring and tracking the sales process and assisting with customer onboarding
3. Recording, tracking, and administrating accurate reporting of sales/customer-related activity
4. Understanding and knowing your customer so you can action certain tasks/enquiries without BDM involvement
5. Working as a team to look at ways to drive profitability into existing accounts and identify opportunities
Qualifications
As Sales Support Administrator, you'll have:
1. A confident telephone manner with the ability to build successful customer relationships over the phone
2. Previous experience managing customer accounts and building relationships ideally within a supply chain business
3. Experience supporting a sales department with a good understanding of the sales process
4. Strong IT skills including very strong Excel skills and an understanding of CRM systems
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate yourself to relay information effectively and precisely
6. A positive outlook with a tenacious and driven mindset
