Consultant- Legal BD, Marketing and Communications

Their Brand and Marketing Operations team, led by the Head of Marketing Operations and Digital, reports to the Director of Marketing and Business Development. Based in London, this team supports global business initiatives, managing events, design, website, email marketing, and CRM systems.
The Role
As a Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with a Senior Graphic Designer to uphold the brand standards. Your role will involve creating marketing materials that align with our business goals and sector focus. You'll collaborate with partners, associates, and various business support teams to reach the firm's target audience through print and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and produce a variety of print and digital marketing materials, including client bulletins, brochures, guides, and co-branded articles. This also includes advertising, event materials, banners, presentations, promotional goods, posters, and flyers.
2. Maintain asset libraries with staff and sector-based photography.
3. Coordinate with internal and external print suppliers to ensure timely production and adherence to deadlines.
4. Uphold and develop the firm's brand guidelines in line with growth and needs.
5. Collaborate with lawyers and the Marketing & BD team to leverage cross-sell opportunities in marketing collateral.
6. Innovate with new design ideas while ensuring all materials reflect the firm's brand attributes and key messaging.
7. Monitor trends in print and digital spaces, including competitor activity, and recommend relevant developments.
The Ideal Candidate
You should have a flexible approach and strong design skills, with a qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent experience in a corporate setting. The ability to manage change and a variable workload under pressure is crucial. You must have a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, quickly grasping and simplifying complex matters. Relationship-building skills and a commitment to high-quality design are essential. Knowledge of print production processes and digital/web technologies is required.
Technical Skills
1. Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
2. Working knowledge of HTML
3. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint; Excel is a plus)
4. Additional Skills (Advantageous)
5. Motion graphics
