As a Quality Content Compliance Manager, you are responsible for leading quality metrics for Prime Video in Australia and New Zealand, while collaborating with policy, program, engineering, legal and other teams to define and execute operational quality initiatives. You will work closely with the auditors and leaders, will evaluate trends and quality, and develop workflows and processes that maintain our quality and community guidelines. Key job responsibilities To be successful in this role you’ll need to be well organized, assisting multiple Trust and Safety teams with different issues at any one time. Technically savvy with an interest in compliance quality content moderation, your verbal and written communication skills should be excellent, being able to clearly explain issues and the paths to resolution quickly and succinctly to the catalog associates. Your commitment to the success of our Trust & Safety org should be strong and you should have a proven record of exceeding on input/output goals.
