Are you an experienced leader with a passion for customer service, business development, and building strong relationships? We are recruiting a Membership & Consultancy Success Lead to manage a team supporting members across Health & Safety, Employment Law, and ISO services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and regular one-to-ones.
Ensure outstanding customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
Identify and drive business growth opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling services.
Manage key relationships, booking service reviews and supporting consultancy work.
Oversee administrative tasks, including updating CRM records, processing bookings, and generating reports.What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
Strong customer service and sales skills, with a track record of growing client accounts.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Health & Safety and HR processes would be an advantage.What’s on Offer?
