Role: Design Technology (Resistant Material) Teacher

Contract: Full time - (until the end of the academic year)
Start Date: Immediate (January Start)
Salary: £136.42- £187.96 per day
TeacherActive is proud to be working in partnership with a mainstream secondary school based in Hereford who are currently looking for a Design Technology (Resistant Materials) Teacher to join their Design and Technology team! .

The Senior Leadership Team and the Head of Department will offer excellent support and will provide an encouraging and supportive environment.
The role is full time and the school is looking to hold interviews/trial days immediately.
This is a long term supply position that is expected to last until the end of the academic year, with the potential to go permanent for the right teacher!
You would be working across KS3 and KS4 delivering lessons.
You be responsible for all learning, this will may include planning and preparing lessons. As well as marking and assessing students work!

Applicants need to have the following:
QTS
Experience teaching Design Technology (Resistant Materials) up to KS4
Food safety qualifications
Excellent classroom management
A creativity for teaching innovative and engaging lessons using a variety of materials available
*Rate of pay for this role will be dependent on experience and qualifications
Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide at least 2 educational based references to be considered for this role
