Associate Director - Surveying Role Summary / Purpose and Scope The Senior Surveyor is responsible for selection of assigned properties under the relevant Client / Regional Director who oversees the client relationship. They are responsible for all day-to-day running and reporting on a property or Client, including all aspects of service delivery, occupier liaison, service charge management, and overseeing compliance. Skills, Knowledge and Values Skills (People & Technical) In partnership with the Building Consultancy Team where appropriate, support the completion of planned works, commission Long Term Asset Replacement Plans, permit to work systems, monitor PPMs to ensure buildings are managed proactively To manage and take ‘full ownership’ of a given number of mixed-use properties, including office, retail, and residential properties. To draft and present management reports to the client in face-to-face meetings. Management of rental and other income on property portfolios. A knowledge and understanding of both commercial and residential Landlord and Tenant law. Monitor statutory and internal compliance, instructing audits, assessments and specialist advice Values & Behavior Exhibition of MAPP Values: Avoid Ambiguity, Appreciative, Adventurous, Authentic, and Accountable. Experience and Salary Level of Experience / Certifications: 3 years experience of working in a similar role. Qualifications: MRICs Desirable. Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm Friday. Salary Range (Based on Experience): £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
