Role: Account Manager Location: Woodstock, Oxfordshire (with flexibility to work from home) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (based on experience) Company description: Levo is a B2B marketing agency that helps businesses build their reputation and deliver joined-up sales and marketing strategies that allow them to sell more and grow. Founded in January 2022, we have experienced significant growth – starting with two founders to now employing a team of 16. We work with some of the biggest automotive brands in the world, and have ambitious plans to carry on growing in the UK and abroad. For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, creative and highly ambitious team. You will have a high degree of autonomy and will be valued and recognised for your contribution as the business looks to achieve its next phase of growth targets. Along with offering you the opportunity to work with the world’s most recognised automotive brands, you will be supported by a team at the top of their game who will help you to thrive, develop your skills and progress. Job description: We are looking for an Account Manager to act as the primary contact for Levo’s clients, overseeing and managing all campaigns and activities. In this pivotal role, you will not only manage projects from inception to execution but also ensure they align seamlessly with both client objectives and strategic goals. The successful candidate must be able to take our clients' objectives and translate these into a robust strategy and brief that can be used to inform creative, digital and development departments. You must be used to working on multiple clients and projects, ensuring we are meeting clients' deadlines, and that all activity is effectively managed through our internal creative process. You will also be responsible for articulating each campaign's success and the impact this has had on building awareness and engagement, but also leads and sales. The successful candidate must be comfortable presenting this complex information back to the client, clearly articulating the impact it has had, in an easy-to-understand way. Responsibilities: Responsible for working across multiple client projects at any time. Be the point of contact for any client enquiries on a day-to-day basis. Build deep relationships with clients, becoming an invaluable extension of their team. Understand each client's strategy and objectives, and translate this into an overarching marketing plan, as well as applying this to individual briefs and projects. Project manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client expectations. Manage client budgets, planning activity based on balancing client requirements with what they have to spend. Establish measurable KPIs and track client success metrics, making data-driven recommendations for strategy optimisation. Understand reporting metrics, and articulate these to clients in written campaign reports or presentations. Conduct regular status reviews, monthly operational review meetings, and periodic client strategy meetings. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver client requirements. Take insight/research created by Levo, interpreting and developing this into strategies and comprehensive briefs that ensure creative, digital and development teams have a full and detailed view of what they need to produce. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to offer timely advice to clients. Quickly understand a client's product, service or proposition. Brilliant attention to detail, able to quality check all client work, spotting errors and typos before submitting work for internal/client review. Review everything against campaign objectives – able to stand back and review the work produced (e.g. a marketing email) before sending to a client to ensure it fully aligns with the brief and the client's objectives and expectations. Our ideal candidate: Experience working in marketing or, in particular, the automotive sector is desirable. However, we are looking for the right person rather than the right industry experience alone. We want someone to join our team who has the following attributes: Creative thinking – understanding a concept and applying their own spin to it. Thinks strategically – able to align the output to the brief and clients’ strategic objectives. Growth minded – always looking for solutions to our clients’ complex problems. Dedication – understands the value of hard work and strives for high quality outputs. Resilience – able to work in a fast paced, client focused, agency environment. Ambitious – wants to push themselves, growing and developing as Levo grows. Want to become an integral part of an ambitious agency and play an important role in its development. Confidence – to put their ideas and opinions out there, making suggestions which add real value. Collaboration – excels working as part of a team, whether that team is internal, external partners or clients. Organisation/autonomy – equally comfortable working autonomously and alone, and can be trusted to meet deadlines without fail. Attention to detail – able to review and improve their own work, spotting mistakes and rectifying them before sending reports to internal/external stakeholders. Flexibility – eager and agile enough to jump on different projects/brief as and when required. Additional information: Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business – working with some of the most exciting brands around. Flexible working – the ability to shape your week (working from home/the office). We are an equal opportunities employer. The recruitment process will consist of: HR screening call > 1st stage interview > 2nd stage interview and competency assessment task.
