Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Business Support Executive to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis in our planning and development consultancy based in Bristol.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career. The role involves providing a professional, efficient, and reliable support service to our team, including:
* assisting with client enquiries/taking messages/servicing meetings
* document preparation and production
* record keeping and electronic file management
* event organisation and diary management, including travel and meeting arrangements
* broad range of general administration duties
Based in our Bristol office, this role is paramount to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office. You will be responsible for organising meeting rooms, greeting external guests and general administration duties.
About You
This role will suit someone that is really looking to kick start their career and has the drive and determination to succeed. Ideally you will have some office experience, excellent organisational skills, and strong initiative. A professional and pro-active attitude is essential.
You should demonstrate the ability to work proactively, both in teams and remotely, have strong communication skills, an excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks efficiently. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.
