ProCook is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Deputy Store Manager to join our Merry Hill Shopping Centre Store team!
This is a full-time 40hrs/week position.
Your Recipe for Success:
As our Deputy Store Manager, you’ll be the sous-chef to our Store Manager, helping to whip up a high-performing team and a delightful shopping experience.
An Insight into Your Daily Tasks at Work:
1. Start by briefing your team on daily goals.
2. Engage with customers and help them find the perfect products.
3. Train your team on products and customer service.
4. Maintain store standards and assist with general duties.
5. End the day by preparing the store for tomorrow.
6. Support daily store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
7. Take charge in the Store Manager’s absence.
8. Create memorable shopping experiences that keep customers coming back.
9. Train and inspire your team to be product experts and brand ambassadors.
10. Maintain a spotless and inviting store layout.
11. Keep an eye on costs and find ways to save without compromising quality.
12. Ensure stock accuracy and report any issues.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Loves engaging with customers and providing top-notch service.
2. Has retail experience in a similar position.
3. Driven to meet targets and excel in a fast-paced environment.
