The Role In this hourly paid role, you’ll play a key part in delivering an outstanding restaurant bar experience, working closely with the back-of-house team to provide first-class service. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers are served in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner while promoting sales and maintaining our high hospitality standards. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage products available. Collaborate with your team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar. Requirements We are looking for outgoing, engaging, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you’ll have: A good level of general education, including English and Math's. A willingness to learn about health and safety and food standards. The ability to follow processes and maintain service levels under pressure. Please note: All successful candidates will be required to: Provide proof of their right to work in the UK. Hold an Airport Security ID Pass, which we will help you obtain.
