As a business that specialises in Fund and Corporate Services, our Aztec Aspire trainee programme is key to our success. We recruit the best and over time we will train you up to become one of our leading, fully CGi qualified, Corporate Governance Administrators. Whilst studying for your qualification you will assist with the day to day administration of Corporate Service structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with all aspects of the administration on a range of entities across various corporate structures, including companies, trusts and limited partnerships.
2. Assist with all company secretarial and corporate governance matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, obtaining directors' availability, and drafting minutes for board meetings.
3. Assist with client on-boarding processes.
4. Maintain accurate records for all entities administered including contact information and shareholder/investor/director details, processing changes.
5. Assist with the submission of regulatory and statutory filings.
6. Liaise with clients and intermediaries as necessary.
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
1. A relevant Degree or A-Levels in Law is desirable.
2. Motivation to study for a relevant professional qualification (supported by the Aztec Group).
3. Basic technical knowledge (relevant in-house training to be provided through the Aztec Academy).
4. Computer literacy skills are essential.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
