The company has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative for working out of our Webflex site in Worcester.
The full time permanent role is for an experienced Customer Service Representative/ sales admin role working within a print environment.
Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and is responsible for:
providing customers with costs/quotes
processing of orders
dealing with telephone queries, which will include speaking to customers and colleagues internally and externally
clerical duties
You must be confident to work on your own initiative and be responsible for your own accounts, seeing them through from initial enquiry to delivery of goods. You will liaise with all departments within the business so written and verbal communication skills are a must.
The right candidate must possess experience of working within a print environment, have great organisational skills and be able to work within a fast paced environment where being a team player is essential.
Print experience within wide-web flexo is advantageous, however other print experience will be considered.
