Project Search Coordinator We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience of SEND provision and EHCPs to co-ordinate our supported internship programme at Furness General Hospital. With our key partners DFN Project Search and the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust our interns will develop the skills they need for the workplace through a structured and supportive programme with the goal of securing paid employment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative collaboration aiming to support learners aged 18-25 with learning differences and disabilities into a range of roles within the NHS to help secure future employment. In this role you will be able to make a difference on a daily basis, what you do will change lives. If you have experience of safeguarding, SEND, EHCPs, employability and pastoral care you could be the ideal candidate for us.
