Quality Improvement Coordinator We have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality team as a Quality Improvement Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective recording and tracking of learner progress and monitoring team performance, contributing to high levels of success across the College, within Education and Training, Higher Education and Apprenticeship provision. You will pay a leading role in the organisation, facilitation, and reporting of high-quality improvement processes across curriculum teams and provide expert advice to support an outstanding learner experience and maximise learner outcomes. In addition, you will work with relevant staff to ensure active participation in all quality assurance and improvement processes. The successful candidate will support the Quality Manager with all awarding bodies’ arrangements and external quality requirements. You must be a highly committed and motivated individual, able to actively build relationships, with a positive and flexible ‘can do’ outlook. You should be a starter-finisher, and able to work under pressure to meet agreed targets. You will have strong analytical, IT, written and verbal communication skills. This is a fixed term position until August 2025.
