As a Creator Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our TikTok Shop presence by building and nurturing relationships with creators and affiliates. Your expertise in the TikTok affiliate program and your established network of creators will be crucial in driving our brand partners' success. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule in our Soho office in London. Key Responsibilities: Affiliate Recruitment: Lead the recruitment strategy for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding high-quality affiliate partners across various verticals and markets. Creator Management: Manage and support a diverse group of freelance creators, ensuring alignment with brand goals and campaign objectives. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with creators and affiliates to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships. Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align affiliate recruitment efforts with overall company goals and initiatives. Performance Analysis: Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years in affiliate recruiting or managing creators. Proven experience with the TikTok affiliate program and a strong network of TikTok creators. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, performance metrics, and industry trends. Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team, including experience with setting goals, providing feedback, and driving performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and stakeholders. Proficiency in analysing performance data to drive strategic decisions and optimize affiliate programs. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. What Does High Performance Look Like? Forge and cultivate high-value relationships with top affiliates and industry influencers, enhancing the company’s reputation and expanding its network.
