Job summary Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist, seeking a part time role in a large and continually developing Practice? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team You will have an excellent working knowledge of the EMIS System and will join our knowledgeable reception team on a part time basis. This is an exciting time to join our team in our newly refurbished Rawling Road practice as well as our Oxford Terrace practice. You will work alongside our reception and administration teams, aiming to provide a high quality service to our patients. Position working 30 Hours per week Wednesday to Friday working 8am-18:30 and Saturdays on rotation 8.45am-12pm Main duties of the job You will receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone. Develop the receptionist role as care navigator for the practice.
