Parts Sales Advisor

Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £30,000+ per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, with a Saturday rota

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Sales Advisor to join a well-established commercial vehicle business at their Basingstoke site. This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual with a background in the motor industry, who is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and allocating vehicle parts efficiently.
* Monitoring stock levels and ensuring availability.
* Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Ensuring correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in a parts sales role within the motor industry is essential.
* Strong customer service skills with a customer-first approach.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Highly organised and adaptable, with excellent attention to detail.
* A team player with strong communication skills.
* Experience with Kerridge/ADP systems is preferred but not essential.
