As Fundraising & Development Manager, you will work closely with the Festival's leadership and associates to develop a considered, diverse fundraising strategy, ensuring the continued success of EAF and the work we do. You will be joining a close-knit, committed team in delivering an internationally recognised, socially engaged Festival of exciting visual art.
You will support a refreshed strategy, story of change, case for support and strategic communications to develop relationships and secure investment in our organisation.
The purpose of the role is to:
1. Work closely with the Director and Development Associate to devise and own the charity's fundraising strategy, ensuring the multi-year resilience of its fundraising function.
2. Assist on the strategic development of external relations that support this strategy.

About the role and why we need you
As part of our multi-million-pound funding programme for discovery cancer research, you can make an impact every day at Worldwide Cancer Research.
We are working on a strategy of income growth and diversification in the Fundraising & Philanthropy team, and your role will be central to achieving this mission. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Philanthropy, the Legacy Manager is responsible for delivery of our legacy growth strategy including:
* End-to-end stewardship of potential supporters;
* Administration of legacy gifts.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the management and operation of a charity dedicated to Edinburgh’s historic environment and heritage, working with skilled and passionate staff, Trustees and partners.
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to lead on the delivery of finance, governance, HR, digital and our office, enabling the organisation to run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience of doing day-to-day finance operations for an organisation.
Part of the Senior Management Team and reporting into the Director, the Finance & Operations Manager supports the Director and other senior managers in the leadership and direction of the charity, helping to formulate and execute the organisational strategy and business plan.
