Senior Quantity Surveyor – Facades (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000

Our client is a Façade specialist, well known for delivering complex Glazing, Curtain Walling, Architectural Glazing and Metalwork projects, with 20 years’ experience working major constriction schemes for a variety of Tier 1 Main Contractors including, Multiplex Skanska and Wates.
A company that is quality focused and performance driven, which has given them business model based on steady growth year by year and they’re now turning over a respectable £25m, undertaking projects from design stage through to installation up to the value of £5m
About the Opportunity:
Due to successful tendering and our client striving for business growth, there’s a new opening for an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The individual will be responsible for commercially overseeing a portfolio of projects with packages typically valuing between £1m to £5m, which are mainly central London based working, flagship schemes.
You’ll be working closely alongside Commercial Director overseeing projects from Tender stages through to final accounts. With duties including Sub-Contractor Management, Variations, Valuation, Cost Reporting, Client liaison and Final accounts.
This role is will require hybrid working (2/3 days from home) and the remaining onsite, with the occasional visit to their head office in Cambridge (Fortnightly or monthly) depending when required.
Salary

The guideline basic salary is £60,000 - £75,000 With Travel however this will be dependent upon the specific skills and experience of each individual.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor working on Facades Packages. Degree qualified or HNC Background. Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and keen to progress your career further. You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player. A consistent employment record is essential with at least two years at each employer
