Job Title: Accounts Assistant \nLocation: Sandwell \nDepartment: Finance/Accounts \nReports To: Finance Manager / Financial Controller \n \nJob Summary: \nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant for a long term contract, based in Sandwell. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing reconciliations, and supporting month-end tasks. \n \nKey Responsibilities: \no Monitor Accounts email inbox, print & electronic filing of invoices & statements \no Purchase Ledger start to finish - 3-way matching \no Purchase Ledger Payments - raise online and post to ERP system & allocate to p/invs \no Supplier Statements reconciliation \no Filing \no Assist management accountant with month end accruals \no Credit Card statement reconciliation & posting \no Expenses processing \no Daily Bank report & reconciliation \no Assist on sales ledger when required \no Assist with credit control when required \no Ad hoc reporting & tasks as required \n \nKey information \no 12 month contract \no Office based Mon-Fri \no Full Time, Early Finish Friday
