We are working with an established chemical company involved in high performing chemical products which are applied to a range of applications.
What you’ll do:
1. Work on a range of formulation activities to produce FMCG and formulated chemical products for clients.
2. Conduct laboratory work to ensure formulas are optimized, making updates and developing prototypes for new methods.
3. Experiment with new ingredients and explore new product areas.
4. Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure quick dispatch of orders to customers.
5. Conduct COSHH assessments, maintain client contact, and ensure lab upkeep.
This is a busy laboratory providing chemicals to a diverse range of clients, offering a great deal of learning and variety in this role.
Your background:
We are seeking a candidate who is a graduate in chemistry or equivalent and has experience in formulation chemistry. Experience can come from a diverse industry base, including cosmetics, water, oil/gas, or other industrial chemical formulations.
