About the Role [Two posts are available at Project Support Officer level to provide a comprehensive and flexible project support service to internal and external customers of Nottingham City Council’s Midlands Net Zero Hub fuel poverty and retrofit special projects team. The posts include responsibility for day-to-day delivery of project operations that enable consistency of service delivery. Hybrid working includes at least one day/week work from the MNZH offices in the area of Eastcroft Depot, as well as occasional travel within the City, and across the wider Midlands to meet the requirements of the role] About You The ideal candidate will: Provide comprehensive and flexible project support by leading on the collation of relevant data for reports and presentations, as required on a regular basis or as requested by the project manager Complete compliance checks on the submission of delivery and funding reports and provide progress reports to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders monthly and as requested Support with the maintenance and development of project databases, documentation, and monitoring procedures, including detailed budgetary record-keeping to facilitate reconciliation of grant spend. Support the project manager to maintain compliance and governance documentation, including Information Sharing Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, Data Protection and other similar documents.
