Job Duties:
* Provide English and Maths tutoring to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual learning needs of each student
* Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
* Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to support student learning
* Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in teaching English and Maths to Key Stage 3 students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and best practises
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
* Organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate student records
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training or certification in SEN teaching
* Experience in outreach or community-based education programmes
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, temporary position
* Work may involve travel to different locations within the East of England (Learners homes, local libraries and schools)
* Collaborative work environment with school staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
