What You Will Do:
As Head of Sales, you will lead the company's commercial operations team in winning new business and developing new product streams with both existing and prospective customers. Your main responsibilities include strategic development and tactical execution of new business generation, delivering targeted sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth. This is a home-based role requiring regular customer visits across the UK. We seek a sales professional with a proven track record of winning business and managing key accounts.
* Developing growth strategies and plans
* Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
* Expanding the client base
* Possessing in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions
* Writing business proposals and customer forecasts
* Negotiating with stakeholders
* Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
* Building and maintaining strong internal relationships, including with overseas offices
What You Will Have:
* Experience in selling packaging machinery into the food production sector
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in designing and implementing business development strategies
* The ability to self-motivate
* Experience in setting, working towards, and exceeding targets
