Welcoming visitors by both road and water, no two days are the same, you will work alongside other lead people in our Holidays, Visitor Experience, Ranger and Volunteer teams You'll report to the General Manager and work closely with the Visitor Experience team to deliver the day to day operations and property plan at Crom.What you'll be doing Youll oversee day-to-day operations, working closely with the General Manager and operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Managing the Facilities and Support Services Coordinator, youll organise internal and external meetings, hosting a variety of partners and associates on behalf of the National Trust. As the main on-site contact for contractors, youll handle compliance, access, and safety, ensuring work systems are secure and standards are maintained. This role also requires you to carry out other duties, like Duty Manager and this will include weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis. Who we're looking for We'd love to hear from you if youre: experienced in the practical aspects of managing a house and garden site proactive and focused on solutions, mindful of the operational needs of a site highly organised and skilled at planning, with a good eye for detail adept at working to multiple deadlines and managing your own workload a skilled communicator who can forge strong relationships, both externally and internally a problem-solver, able to work on your own initiative.
