Job Overview
Culligan UK Limited is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers primarily in the Bristol area, ensuring their water treatment systems function optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems
* Conduct installation and troubleshooting of equipment on clients' sites
* Manage service schedules effectively to minimize customer downtime
* Maintain accurate records of service visits and report any issues or recommendations
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements:
* Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided
* A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
* Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
