Job Title: Employment Solicitor An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join an award-winning team of a well-established Private Practice in West Yorkshire on a permanent basis as a Partner. This is a great opportunity for an existing Partner or a Senior Solicitor who wants to take the next step, to really shape and develop the team. Duties will include: Managing own caseload of both respondent and claimant employment matters Handling cases such as unfair dismissals, grievances, TUPE matters, drafting and reviewing employment contracts etc. Dealing contentious and non-contentious matters and deal with employment tribunals Being responsible for business development and networking with clients Applications will be considered from experienced Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE. This role can be either on a full time or part time basis. There is also the option of hybrid working.
