Clarendon Fine Art is the world’s largest and fastest-growing network of contemporary art galleries. Job Overview:
This role will be based 3 days per week at our Head Office in Lichfield, Staffordshire (WS14 9NW).
Critical to the growth of our entire business will be the development of our understanding of customer behaviour/data and using this insight to enhance our client journey. We have implemented a new customer data platform and intend to fully integrate it with our new website, till system, and ERP to achieve best-in-class clientelling and a seamless customer experience.
We possess a significant customer database with a rich history of data. Our goal is to deepen our understanding of our clients and to develop and implement automated journeys, as well as event- and campaign-based programmes, to drive revenue across the business.
The Customer Analyst will be an integral part of our expanding digital team, supporting our broader commercial team. The primary function of this role is to support, help develop, and implement the growth strategy of the business.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* A curious and analytical mindset, keen to explore, interrogate and analyse data and information to understand and provide insight on customer behaviour and trends.
* Experience in a CRM, e-commerce, digital or similar role.
* Highly experienced with manipulating and presenting data.
* Articulate and experienced at presenting information/insight.
* Experience with Google Analytics 4 is absolutely essential for this role.
* Experience with ecommerce/retail business.
* Confidence in suggesting new ideas based on data.
* Willing to operate at both a strategic level but also with responsibility for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of a cohesive customer acquisition strategy, including performance marketing channels as well as offline, email and SMS.
* Support the delivery of website technology, new platforms and systems to develop our digital business as well as existing ecommerce platform (Shopify), customer data platform (Ometria) and future technologies to drive success.
* Support the project management and development processes involved with our development partners, think creatively to deliver innovative new approaches.
* Produce reports and contribute to reviewing performance on a weekly basis to ensure we are able to deliver our commercial sales plan across all channels.
* Use data insights and analysis to support the commercial strategy and provide ideas for improvement.
* Setup data dashboards, reports and other tools to help us take a data driven approach to improving the business. Be the key contact for all customer segmentation, data attributes.
* Work closely with the IT team to support the delivery of the integrations of customer data between platform.
