Elmley Dray School is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Primary Teacher to join our team. We are a nurturing and inclusive school committed to providing high-quality education for all children, ensuring they thrive both academically and personally.
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher who will:
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils with special educational needs.
* Provide a supportive and engaging learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals.
* Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) to ensure progress for all pupils.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Have experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with EHCPs and complex needs.
* Be passionate about inclusive education and committed to making a difference.
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Be adaptable, resilient, and able to inspire and engage pupils.
SEN Teaching Assistant/ 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Elmley Dray School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant / 1:1 Teaching Assistant (including personal care) to join our team. We are a nurturing and inclusive school committed to supporting all children to reach their full potential.
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant who will:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs, including 1:1 support where required.
* Assist in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
* Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development.
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to implement individual education plans.
* Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with EHCPs and complex needs.
* Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Be patient, adaptable, and committed to making a difference.
* Hold relevant qualifications or experience (desirable but not essential).
