I am looking for an Administrative Assistant to join my client who is a leader in nanomaterial technologies based in Oxford.
What will you be doing?
As an Administrative Assistant, they are looking for someone who would be involved in the below:
1. Managing purchasing activities, including raising purchase orders for office, lab, and R&D needs.
2. Handling logistics tasks such as creating shipping labels and coordinating order shipments with the production and sales teams.
3. Organizing business travel for the team, including booking hotels and flight tickets.
4. Overseeing office management, including coordinating cleaning services and ensuring the office space is tidy and functional.
5. Communicating with various suppliers regarding equipment maintenance and service needs.
6. Providing general administrative support to assist the team with day-to-day operations.

1. Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking abilities.
2. Experience in managing purchasing activities for office, lab, and R&D needs.
