Main responsibilities for the Grounds Maintenance Operative: General maintenance of site - Grass cutting, pruning, leaf collection, weeding, etc.Use of a range of hand and powered equipment and ride-on mowers The successful applicant will be: Highly motivatedExperienced in commercial or amenity grounds maintenanceGood communication and liaison skillsDesirable:Knowledge of fine turf surfacesUnderstanding of the technical aspects of grounds maintenance, ie, specifications and health and safety requirementsGood plant knowledgeHorticultural qualificationExperience of towing a trailerExperience in Grounds MaintenancePA1 & PA6We want enthusiastic individuals with a positive working attitude to join our team of 4,000 colleagues across the UK.
