Lead Activities Coordinator
Care home: Edgewater
Location: Wallasey, CH44 7HY
Contract type: 36 hours per week, Must be flexible to work some weekends
Rate: £12 per hour

As a Lead Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading engaging activities that enhance the quality of life for our residents. Your role will involve working closely with the care team to ensure that activities are tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement a diverse range of activities for residents.
2. Engage residents in meaningful interactions.
3. Collaborate with the care team to assess residents' needs.
4. Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all activities.
5. Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in a similar role or environment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends.
